Return Window

  • We provide a 30-day return policy.
  • You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Contained within the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Method: By mail.
  • Customer Responsibility (Buyer's Remorse): Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • Store Responsibility (Defective/Damaged/Incorrect): We will cover the return shipping costs if the item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees on returns).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@wilsonheritage.us right away.
  • We will investigate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original item following our return process.
  • Once the return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. If the shipping carrier officially confirms that the package is lost, we will offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • Note: If the package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, you may formally request a refund.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Delays: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account statement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the standard return process outlined above will apply.
