How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship?
Standard shipping is completely free on all orders. We only ship to addresses within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
What are your processing and delivery times?
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time move to the next business day.
- Handling Time: Orders are dispatched within 28–42 days.
- Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 28–42 days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Can I change my delivery address or modify my order?
- Order Changes: You must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to make changes.
- Address Updates: Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed, and you may be responsible for re-delivery fees if it is returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and payment networks, including:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
When will I be charged?
All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) immediately at the time you place your order. Prices shown at checkout include all applicable taxes.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What are the return requirements?
To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Clearance items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping, and is there a restocking fee?
- Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer pays the return shipping costs.
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Wilson Heritage covers all return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We never charge restocking fees).

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order online.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped. If it has already shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
